Our Policies
Ensuring the Best Experience
At Hair Is Life Salon, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
DEPOSIT: Once deposit is made, there are no refunds. If you cancel 24 hours before your appointment you can use your deposit for another day (Only good for 30 days after booking). Same day cancellations or no call and no shows WILL NOT get their deposit back nor will you be able to use it as credit for another day. They also will be charged IN FULL for the time that they took off our schedules. If you were not charged a deposit while booking, your appointment is NOT VALID. You would need to contact me immediately.
BOOKING: You MUST book your appointment for what you are actually getting. If I see you have booked another service to avoid deposit, I will cancel your appointment. If the site does not allow you to make two appointments back to back, please contact me to ask if I have the time for another service! If I don’t have the time, choose another day and time. PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO USE CASH APP OR ANY OTHER MEANS OF PAYMENT.
ATTENDANCE: All appointments have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes I will have to cancel your appointment. It’s not fair that the people after you have their schedule thrown off because of your tardiness.
THE WAIT: On arrival for your appointment, please wait in the waiting area or your vehicle after letting us know you are present. The salon is very intimate, it does not permit multiple bodies at a time. There is only room for the people being serviced at that time. Please DO NOT bring any CHILDREN or EXTRA PEOPLE that ARE NOT being serviced.
SERVICES: If you are receiving braiding services, WASHES ARE NOT INCLUDED! Please come with your hair thoroughly washed and completely blow dried. - if you are getting any type of extension service you MUST come with your extension thoroughly washed and dried. If you need a wash and blow dry a $30.00 fee will be added to your bill.
